1. When should I plan to arrive/depart the MY24 Global Bike Sales Meeting?  
   Plan to arrive at the Chaminade by 6pm on Sunday, April 16, 2023. The Opening General Session will be the first event-sponsored activity which will begin promptly at 6pm in the Santa Cruz Ballroom. You may depart after 2pm on Wednesday, April 19, 2023.

2. Will there be ground transportation provided? 
   No, ground transportation will not be provided.

3. What documentation do I need to enter San Jose or San Francisco? 
   For U.S. citizens, a passport or state issued driver's license is adequate. Other nationalities must have a passport to enter the U.S. For further information and assistance or if you need a visa, contact Sara Hebbrecht at sshebbrecht@giro.com for an invitation letter.

4. May I extend my stay at the Chaminade?  
   Extensions at the Chaminade are based on availability. For further information, please contact Sara Hebbrecht at sshebbrecht@giro.com

5. Is there a charge for parking? 
   Complimentary valet and self-parking is available.

6. Is smoking permitted in the sleeping rooms or other areas of the hotel? 
   The Chaminade is a completely non-smoking hotel in the guest rooms, public space, and meeting space. Smoking is only allowed outside the hotel.

7. Is Internet access available? 
   Complimentary Internet will be available in the guest rooms, lobby and meeting space.

8. What is the weather like in Santa Cruz during April?  
   If you want to get outside and exercise in the morning, temperatures will be in the 40s with humidity around 90% so it feels super cold. In the evening, fog rolls back in and the temperature drops quickly so plan to pack/wear a puffy jacket for the afternoons and evenings.

9. What will the attire be during the meeting? 
   Dress attire for the entire event including the Awards Dinner will be casual.

10. Will I be responsible for any expenses during the meeting? 
    DISTRIBUTORS are responsible for their sleeping room, travel and transportation. Bell+Giro will cover conference services, food and beverage.
    US REPS are responsible for their travel and transportation. Bell+Giro will cover shared room, conference services, food and beverage.

11. What is the time zone in Santa Cruz? 
    Santa Cruz is in the Pacific Time zone.

12. Can I bring a spouse or guest?  
    The Sales Meeting is designed to share company and product information, and build relationships among the sales organization. We respectfully request you not bring a guest during the Sales Meeting.

13. Will I receive an email confirming my registration for the MY24 Global Sales Meeting? 
    Yes, you will receive a confirmation email immediately following submitting your registration. If you don't see this email in your in box, please check junk mail. The subject line will be Bell+Giro MY24 Global Sales Meeting: Confirmation.

14. Where can I rent a bike?                                                                                                                                   Bike r​entals are your responsibility and can be arranged through the following shops:                                   - Cyclesport
